Features & Capabilities of the AI Assistant

The AI Assistant offers three main features:

  1. Q&A: Used to ask questions and get instant answers related to legal matters, procedures, and legal terms.
  2. Draft: Used to create legal drafts such as notices, applications, replies, and other legal documents.
  3. Analysis: Used to review and analyze legal documents to identify key points, risks, and important insights.

Access AI Assistant

Log in to the OctoGenie platform. From the left-hand menu, click on AI Assistant. Click + New Chat to start a new interaction.

Select Q&A Option

Click on the Q&A option available at the top-right corner of the AI Assistant screen.

Enter Your Question

Enter your legal question in the message box. Example: 'How can I verify if there are any litigations against a property?'

Click the Send icon. The AI provides structured, easy-to-understand answers.

Select Draft Option

Select the Draft option from the top-right corner.

Enter Drafting Requirement

Enter your drafting requirement in the message box. Example: 'Draft a legal notice for non-payment of dues.'

Send Request

Click the Send icon.

Review Generated Draft

Review the AI-generated draft displayed on the screen.

Listen to Draft (Optional)

Use the Listen option to hear the drafted content.

Enter Analysis Request

In the message box, enter your analysis request, such as: 'Summarize this document', 'Identify key clauses and obligations', 'Highlight potential legal risks', 'Explain important legal terms used'.

Send and Review Insights

Click the Send icon. The AI Assistant analyzes the uploaded document and provides structured insights such as document summary, key clauses and sections, risks or red flags, and important observations.
